On September 9th 2025, the spotlight will turn to Jyske Bank Boxen, where EuroSkills Herning 2025 officially begins with an unforgettable Opening Ceremony at 19:00.
Guests and participants will be welcomed with a vibrant lounge atmosphere in the arrival hall featuring DJs, networking spaces, and creative installations – before hosts Josefine Høgh, one of Denmark’s most well-known sports presenters, and Christian Degn, a popular television host and journalist, guide the audience into an evening full of celebration and anticipation.
The Opening Ceremony will showcase the Parade of Nations, welcoming competitors from across Europe, and feature musical highlights including a performance by Danish artist Malthe Ebert. Alongside inspiring speeches and a unifying Oath, the evening culminates in a countdown that marks the official start of the competitions.
